I couldn’t wait for this ramen joint to open & it did not disappoint. My significant other and I both got beef ramen along with the spicy crab roll and the shaggy dog roll. The overall quality of our entire meal was beyond delicious. Staff & hospitality was above all amazing

The food was so delicious! This might be the best bowl of ramen I have ever tasted. Perfect flavor, handmade wonton and noodles, fresh veggies and spices. Huge portions with attentive service and a clean modern space. Please open a location in Pittsburgh!

Amazing noodles away from home. We were on a road trip thru Pennsylvania and decided to try Umi Noodles. Service was quick and ambiance was warm, tidy and cool. Food was delicious. We ordered soup dumplings, tuna sushi tacos and pork buns as appetizers. Forgot to take pics because the kids went for it right away. Then we ordered tonkatsu ramen and spicy wonton soup. Both were delicious, hearty and abundant. We would come back.

My daughters and I were there on opening day. The food is delicious! Between us we tried the Pho and 2 sushi rolls. We didn’t leave hungry!! In fact, we had to get carry out containers to bring the rest home! The atmosphere was very inviting, a place you could take family and have a great meal! The owners were both friendly, kind and very welcoming, we will be returning!
